When large size injector is used, fuel pressure of stock fuel regulator is too low and injectors do not spray properly. Higher fuel pressure is needed. Or without upgrading injectors, if just fuel pressure is increased, fuel volume will also be increased. (Too much change of fuel pressure cause worse fuel injection and load for fuel pump will be high. Fuel pump also should be upgraded.)
