We ship worldwide!! Currently, all orders will be shipped via Hong Kong Post Office Registered Airmail , Hong Kong Post Speedpost (EMS) or UPS Express Mail etc. When you check out from our shopping cart, you can select the methods of shipment and the relevant postal charge will be displayed.
Shipping time Order Porcessing: 1-5 business days. All Item will be shipped from Hong Kong/Japan/Canada directly. All orders will be safety packed before shipping.
Air Parcel: 7 - 14 business days to major countries witht online tracking service. Speedpost (EMS) : 3 - 7 business days to major countries with online tracking service. UPS Express Mail : 2 - 3 business days with online tracking service
Refund Policy for unsuccessful delivery: - Refund policy does not applied at any situation including damaged, lost etc. Otherwise, mailing insurance should be applied if the client has purchased the parcel insurance from us.

Return Policy: - It is A MUST to contact us firstly before returning the item(s) or goods. Return without our approval will not be processed.
- All returns must be made with the items in brand new condition within 7 days of arrival.
- We reject all USED/ OPENED items for return.
- Returns are refunded through Paypal or US Check.
- Shipping & handling charges cannot be refunded in anyway.
- All defective items will be replaced with brand new items. Can't change to any other item.
- Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charge for all siturations, including factory's fault or damage via postal.
